Etiquette for conference calls
When there is more than two people on a call it’s important that everyone respects when someone else is talking, out line quality is so high that you will be able to hear when other are talking so its easy to recognise.
Hints for holding conference calls for more than 3 people
1. Appoint a chair person to host and chair the call
2. Be to the point, keep personal chatter to private calls after the conference.
3. Be in a place where there is less noise i.e. stop the car and close the windows.
4. Mute your phone if you are not going to talk for a while.
