Terms and Conditions
Callers must have bill payer's permission before using the Instant CallerTM service. All calls are billed by your telephone provider even if the destination number is engaged or call is not answered.
Calls are charged from time of connection to Instant CallerTM service, so we advice replacing the handset after a short period if your calls are engaged or unanswered. When you call from a mobile, remember to only press the call or send button after dialling the access number but not again after dialling the destination number.
Calls to premium rate numbers in other countries are not included unless otherwise stated.
The rates advertised are billed by BT. The cost of calling 08 and 09 Instant Caller access numbers from other providers may vary. All providers change a one off connection fee when calling access numbers starting 08 and 09.
We provide the service but all calls are billed by your telecoms provider. If you wish to confirm the rate you will be charged, please contact your service provider before making the call. All calls are charged from the time of connection to the access number.
Instant Caller FAQ:
Why should I swap my telecom supplier?
Briing's cheap calls to India are designed to couple cheap, high quality international phone calls with ease of use. In short, choosing to make phone calls with Instant Caller means there are no 'hidden charges'; you do not have to pay for pre-paid cards, or provide your credit card details. There are no registration charges.
How do I make cheap calls with Instant Caller?
Our services are always made to be as simple as possible; however we do understand it can be confusing when first using our access numbers. Instant Caller is for making cheap international calls from your landline, and you simply dial our access number. You will be charged the amount we show by your landline provider. Providers other than BT might have slight price variations.
How do I make the cheapest call with Instant Caller?
This is simple; just dial the access number starting 08 or 09. Once connected you will hear a voice prompt; now dial the international telephone number in full (including 00) and finish with # key.
What are 'other charges'?
Another reason to use Briing for saving money on cheap calls is that most phone cards or calling cards are unreliable and have hidden charges that customers don't know about. Often calling cards offer half price calls and two calling cards for the price of one, but you would be surprised at the hidden charges and the expiry dates of such calling cards.
