Callers must ensure that they have the bill payer’s permission before using the Briing.com Mobile Instant service. All calls are billed by your telephone provider at the rate advertised on Briing.com. Rate may change from time to time.
Calls are charged from time of connection to the Briing.com Mobile Instant service so we advise hanging up after a short period if your calls are engaged or unanswered. Remember to only press the call or send button after dialling the short-code but not again after dialling the destination number. Calls to the short-codes will not be included in your free or inclusive minutes.
Calls to premium rate numbers and pagers are not included unless otherwise stated.
Use of the service will be deemed to be an agreement to allow relevant marketing of telecom services to your telephone number. If you do not wish to receive any marketing, you can deregister your telephone number by contacting us.
We reserve the right to terminate fraudulent calls.
The service is subject to availability.
