Do I need to set up an account?
 No! Briing's Instant Caller, Mobile Instant and Free Caller services do not require any account set-up - just dial and save!

How do I keep up-to-date with Briing's new services?
In order to stay updated with Briing's new cheap international call services, we recommend that you join our mailing list. Briing respects your privacy and will only send you emails directly related to saving money on your phone calls.

How does Briing compare with Skype?
Briing's services are generally cheaper and more flexible than Skype's, as you do not need a computer to save money with our call services. In many cases, Skype is an expensive service for making international calls. Also, Briing's call quality is far superior to VoIP services, as we do not rely on variable data-transfer speeds for our calls.
Can I opt-out of installing the Skype add-on for Internet Explorer or Skype extension for Firefox?
Yes. Deselect 'Also install the Skype add-on for Internet Explorer' or 'Also install the Skype extension for Firefox' on the last install screen.

Instant Caller

How does the Instant Caller service work?
To use Briing.com's cheap international call service, all you have to do is dial the relevant 'access number' for your international call destination, from any UK landline phone. When you call the access number, a voice prompt will give you instructions on how to proceed.
When you are connected to the access number and hear the recorded message, simply dial the country code for your destination (you can view this on Briing's country-specific pages), followed by the local number that you wish to dial. You will then be connected and you are instantly saving money!

Do I need to subscribe?
No! Briing's Instant Caller service does not require any subscription - just dial and save!

How do I make cheap calls with Instant Caller?
First, select the country you want to call from the drop-down menu on the Home Page
Then, choose whether you want to call a landline or mobile and dial the access number starting 08 or 09
When you hear the recorded message, dial your full international number starting 00
Thats it! Your call will now be connected automatically.

You will be charged the amount we show by your landline provider. Providers other than BT might have slight price variations.

What are 'other charges'?
Another reason to use Briing for saving money on cheap calls is that most phone cards or calling cards are unreliable and have hidden charges that customers don't know about. Often calling cards offer half price calls and two calling cards for the price of one, but you would be surprised at the hidden charges and the expiry dates of such calling cards.

Mobile Instant

How does the Mobile Instant service work?
The Mobile Instant service for cheap international calls works in exactly the same way as our Instant Callerservice, with the exception that Mobile Instant was specifically created for mobile phone users. Mobile Instant utilises special 7 digit short-codes specifically used to make cheap international calls from your mobile. When you call the 7 digit short-code, your call is sent to our telecommunications equipment, and when received you are play a recorded message. Once you hear the recorded message you dial the full international phone number and we send your call to its destination.

Do I need a special SIM card to use Mobile Instant's short-codes?
No, the service works on all T-Mobile phones, all 3 phone and Orange Pay-As-You-Go phones.
So if you already on Orange, T-Mobile or 3 you can call right now.
If not, don't worry, you can pick up a Pay-As-You-Go SIM from most local stores.

How can I be sure what T-Mobile, Orange or 3 will charge me for dialing the short code?

The charges outlined this website are specifically for T-Mobile, 3 and Orange users calling the new short codes.

Calls from other networks will not connect to these short-codes, is there any additional charge other than those advertised?
No, our short codes have no connection fee, no minimum call charges, are billed per second, and have absolutely no hidden charges.
You will only be charged the advertised pence per minute all-inclusive rate for the country you wish to call.

How do I get a T-Mobile, 3 or Orange SIM
You can pick up Pay-As-You-Go SIM cards from most local stores

Will briing.com bill me for these calls, how do I get charged?
We do not charge you; all calls are billed per second by T-Mobile, 3 or Orange directly.
You will not receive any charges or additional bills from briing.com

Which countries can I call?
You can call over 400 destinations on cheap international calls on a short code.
Simply enter the country you wish to call in the search tool bar to find the short code you need along with the pence per minute to call that number from your mobile.

I used to use briing.com's 07755 access numbers from T-Mobile is this service the same?
Yes, if you used to use 07755 numbers on your T-Mobile sim this service works exactly the same. All that has changed is the access numbers which are now much easier to remember.

FREE International Calls

Do I need a special SIM card to make FREE international calls?
No, the service works on normal UK SIM cards.

How can I be sure that the mobile access number will come out of my FREE minutes?
We always recommend you do a short test call to the mobile access number then check your phone bill. That way you can be sure the calls will be included in your FREE minutes.
